By downloading, installing, or using Karma (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Karma is a daily planner application that helps you manage daily tasks, recurring tasks, one-time tasks, goals, and events. The App operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device. The App is available in both Persian and English, with dark and light themes.
3. Google Drive Backup
The App offers an optional backup feature that uses your own Google Drive account. This feature is completely optional. When enabled, the backup file is stored in YOUR Google Drive account, not ours. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- Managing your backup files and storage space
- Any consequences of deleting or losing your backup files
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission
- Take responsibility for backing up your own data
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, including but not limited to: loss of tasks, goals, events, or backup files. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, logo, and code, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
